I’ve always been driven to achieve, but…
After 15 years in the corporate world, I was burned out and disconnected from myself. I started wondering whether I should leave my full-time job. But there were so many fears... I also didn’t know what else I could be doing. I felt like my inner compass was broken.
When I finally took up the courage to leave my job, I began learning that to find my path I needed to find myself. The more present I became with myself and where I was in the moment, the clearer my new path became.
As a career shifter, and as a Colombian living abroad, I know that finding our path can feel lonely (and sometimes scary). Having someone on your corner can be a huge help.
I’m an accredited career and life coach with the ICF, the gold standard in coaching. I’m also a Restorative Yoga teacher, which for me is the yoga of ultimate surrender to the present moment. My mission is to help clients feel more joy at work by present with themselves.
