Strengths-based development for organizations navigating growth and change.
I help leaders and teams understand, apply, and build upon what they already do best—strengthening how they lead, collaborate, and move through change.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and VIA Workplaces at Their Best Certified Consultant, I design and facilitate strengths-based retreats, workshops, leadership development, and longer-term organizational initiatives.
Explore strengths-based solutions:
During growth and change, teams can become preoccupied with what is missing: a capability gap, a communication problem, or a person who needs to adapt. Addressing gaps matters, but when this becomes the primary lens, teams can lose sight of the capacities already present.
A strengths-based approach shifts the question from “What is wrong, and how do we correct it?” to “What do we have between us, and how can we put it to work?”
When people understand what they contribute—and what they need from one another—they can navigate change more resourcefully, collaborate more effectively, and make intentional choices about how work gets done.
Drawing on Gallup CliftonStrengths® and VIA Character Strengths, I help organizations recognize and mobilize the capacities already present in their people.
What becomes possible when we start with strengths?
Build on what is already strong.
Individual and Leadership Coaching
Understand what you bring—and lead from it more intentionally.
I coach professionals across career stages, from emerging talent to senior leaders. Engagements may include ongoing coaching, Gallup CliftonStrengths® or VIA Character Strengths assessment debriefs, and focused support during transitions, increased responsibility, or periods of uncertainty.
Together, we translate greater self-understanding into confidence, clearer choices, stronger relationships, and meaningful action.

Strengths-Based Retreats and Team Development
Understand what your team brings—and put it to work together.
I design and facilitate retreats, offsites, workshops, and team-coaching engagements that help people recognize their own strengths and understand what they need from one another.
Using Gallup CliftonStrengths®, VIA Character Strengths, or a combination of both, teams develop a shared language for navigating growth and change, strengthening collaboration, and making more intentional choices about how they work together.

Strengths-Based Organizational Development
Build a culture that recognizes and mobilizes what is strong.
I partner with organizations to move strengths beyond individual insight and into how people lead, collaborate, and navigate change. Engagements may include strengths-based learning journeys, leadership and team development, assessment debriefs, facilitation, coaching, and measurement.
As a VIA Workplaces at Their Best Certified Consultant, I can also guide organizations through a measurable strengths-based culture initiative and the process toward becoming a VIA Certified Strengths-Based Workplace.
