As you begin to know your strengths, we’ll ask—how do other’s percieve your strengths and areas of growth as a leader? This is where the Leadership Circle Profile 360°comes in.

The LCP is a feedback assessment that will give you greater insight into how you are perceived as a leader. Unlike a self-assessted assessment, this 360° tool gathers feedback from people at all levels in your organization that have a relevant perspective on your leadership ability – this includes bosses, associates, and peers, and direct reports. They evaluate your leadership skills, attitudes, influence, overall effectiveness, and other key leadership competencies. Leadership Circle Profile is unique because it is the only 360° assessment that measures Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies, combining leadership’s inner and outer attributes, making it a powerful self-awareness tool in your leadership journey.
