Born and raised in Colombia, I’ve spent the last two decades living and working in the US, navigating between cultures, institutions, and ways of leading. I studied public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School and was a consultant at the IFC (World Bank Group), the Inter-American Development Bank, and in the private sector.
That journey taught me something I now see in the leaders I work with: navigating between worlds develops a particular kind of leadership gift. Deep attunement to people. The capacity to hold multiple perspectives. A genuine investment in relationships and in the work itself.
I became a coach because I wanted to work with leaders who care not just about performance but about what their leadership means — to their people, their organizations, and themselves.
Beyond one-on-one work
I lead a thriving community of coaches in Capitol Hill, Washington DC — a monthly in-person gathering that has grown through facilitation, connection, and a shared belief in the power of this work.
