My Story

I was born and raised in Colombia, and came to the United States for my undergraduate studies, and have been here ever since. I completed a Masters in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, worked in the private sector and for nonprofits, consulted at the IFC (World Bank Group) and the Inter-American Development Bank, and spent years working in strategy consulting across the globe.

My experience with corporate, consulting, and development worlds, informs my coaching. Navigating between worlds has also helped develop several skillsets: deeper empathy a deep attunement to people across cultures, a deep capacity to hold multiple perspectives simultaneously, and a genuine investment in relationships and in the work itself.

I became a coach because I wanted to work with leaders, teams, and organizations seeking to tap into their full potential, and create deeper awareness of how they navigate their dynamics, to become more effective at what they do.
