WORKSHOPS + LEARNING EXPERIENCES
Strengths-Based Learning and Development
Help people bring more of who they are to how they work, relate, and lead.
I design strengths-based workshops, talks, and learning experiences that help people recognize their capacities, understand their blind spots, and apply their strengths to the opportunities and challenges they face at work.
I can design and deliver the learning independently or collaborate with your L&D team as a facilitator and expert practitioner on the science of strengths-based development.
Strengths across the experience of work
Strengths begin within the individual, but their impact extends to different organizational levels. They shape how people understand themselves, relate to others, contribute to teams, lead, and navigate change.
These areas are interconnected. Development in one can create new possibilities across the others.
Why begin with strengths?
Strengths development goes beyond helping people identify what they do well. It helps them understand how their strengths shape the way they work, relate, and lead—including when those strengths may be overused, harder to access, or insufficient for what the situation requires.
This creates practical language people can use to make more intentional choices, draw upon one another’s capacities, and respond to workplace challenges with greater awareness.
The result is not simply more knowledge about strengths. It is greater capacity to use them where they matter: in relationships, collaboration, leadership, performance, and change.
Explore learning experiences
A learning experience are grounded on the science of strengths. They can address one immediate need or connect several areas into a broader development journey.
Choose an area based on what your people and organization need now to explore how strengths apply whether you are focusing on CliftonStrengths or VIA Character Workplaces at Their Best.
