Individual + ORGANIZATIONAL-SPONSORED coaching

Strengths-Based Coaching

Build on what is strongest in you—and expand how you meet what comes next.

When coaching can help

I coach professionals across career stages and organizational levels, from emerging talent and people managers to senior leaders and executives. My clients work across sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, sales, management consulting, retail, consumer goods, media, and entertainment.

Coaching can be especially valuable when you are:

  • Stepping into a new role or greater responsibility

  • Navigating growth, uncertainty, or organizational change

  • Seeking greater confidence, clarity, or self-trust

  • Learning to give feedback or approach difficult conversations

  • Working through imposter experiences or patterns of masking

  • Strengthening relationships across teams or organizational levels

  • Discovering that the qualities behind their success can also create blind spots

  • Wanting to contribute more fully without losing themselves in the process

The power of strengths-based coaching

There is more within each of us than we can always access—especially during periods of pressure, uncertainty, or change. Strengths-based coaching helps people recognize what is already alive in them, cultivate the inner resources they can draw upon, and contribute with greater confidence, intention, and authenticity.

This is not about seeing only what is positive or staying with what comes naturally. It means understanding our strengths more fully: the possibilities they open, the blind spots they can create, and the ways they may become overused or harder to access under pressure. With that awareness comes greater choice—the capacity to meet new situations without losing connection to who we are and what we bring.

What coaching together looks like

Every engagement is shaped around you, your context, and what you hope will become possible.

1. Clarify

We set meaningful goals grounded in your organizational context, relationships, and responsibilities.

2. Discover

We explore your strengths, values, inner resources, patterns, and potential blind spots.

3. Practice

We work with real situations and conversations, experimenting with new perspectives and ways of responding.

4. Integrate

We reflect on what is changing and develop practices that support continued growth.

Most coaching engagements unfold over six to twelve months, allowing time to turn insight into sustained change.

coaching style

Attuned listening + honest challenge

My coaching style combines deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and a bit of playfulness.

Our work is reflective and practical. Depending on the person and their goals, it may include experimentation between sessions, attention to embodied experience, and practices that cultivate the steadiness and self-awareness needed to make different choices.

optional tools

Assessment in service of development

Assessments can provide a valuable lens, but they do not define the person or determine the direction of coaching. When useful, an engagement may include:

  • Gallup CliftonStrengths®

  • VIA Character Strengths

  • Leadership Circle Profile™

I work with clients to interpret results in the context of their experiences, aspirations, relationships, and environment, turning assessment insight into meaningful development.

working together

Two ways to engage

Individual coaching: Coaching can be initiated independently when you are seeking support for your own development, transition, or next chapter.

Organization-sponsored coaching: Organizations may offer coaching as part of leadership development, talent development, or support during change. Coaching can stand alone or accompany a workshop, team retreat, or broader strengths-based initiative.

In every engagement, I create space for the individual’s goals, agency, and development while remaining attentive to the context in which they work.
