An invitation to connect with your wholness
We begin by landing—softening into presence, naming what’s alive, and setting intentions.
From there, you’ll follow the breath through a specific pattern.
At the end of the journey you’ll have time to integrate what surfaced—through quiet, conversation, silence. There’s no rush. The breath continues to work, even after the session ends.
Each sessions are tailored to your needs and may include:
– Somatic inquiry
– Sound (crystal bowls, tuning forks)
– Artistic expression
Sessions are held over Zoom for 75 minutes.
Arrive as you are and be prepared to lie down in a comfortable space.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to breathe—and to listen.
What to Expect
As the breath deepens, you may notice:
– Physical sensations: tingling, warmth, lightness, or subtle shifts in energy
– Emotional release: tears, laughter, or sound rising spontaneously
– Insights or messages: that guide you or respond to your intention
– A nervous system shift: from fight-or-flight into rest, restoration, and presence
There’s no right way to experience this. You’ll be invited to trust what comes, without needing to change or fix it.
Each journey is guided intuitively and shaped by your needs in the moment. I’ll be there—steady, present, attuned—to hold space for whatever arises.

What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
That’s okay! These sessions are fully guided, and you’ll receive clear instructions throughout.
Do I need any special equipment?
Just a quiet space where you feel comfortable lying down.
Is this the same as meditation?
Breathwork and meditation share many of the same objectives: training the mind to be more present and calming the nervous system. It is an active practice that engages the body; some of my clients have told me they feel it is like a journey. Many people find active breathwork more accessible than traditional meditation.
